Progression run at MAFC after work. Decided to stretch a fish into a 50-minute run. Finished the 73rd lap in 49:58, figured that was close enough. Legs felt really good. Left trapezius still doesn't for some reason. I did some shoulder shrugs, curls and triceps work after the run to try to work some of that out. We'll see if it helps. I need another 375 miles in the next 12 weeks to get to my secondary mileage goal of 1400. That's 31ish a week. Doable. Hope I don't need to load up with 70 mile weeks in December to get there. Doing 38 a week would get me to 1500. Maybe. We'll see. |
