First 12-miler for me since February. Early February. Did 159 laps at MAFC. On the bright side, it wasn't too difficult, although I'm sure I'll pay for it tomorrow. On the other hand, my May TOTAL was 41 miles. That used to be a lackluster week, or tapering, one of the two. I'm supposed to run 26.2 in 43 days. We'll see how that works. But at least I have six weeks to get back some of my fitness. Won't be able to do anything resembling running hard, but maybe sub 4:15 is conceivable. |
